Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Finelevate with AK (“we,” “our,” “us”), we want to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all students. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Enrollment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay (or any future payment gateway), your enrollment will be confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with course details and access instructions.

2. Cancellations by Students

  • If you choose not to continue after enrolling, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at akanksha@finelevatewithak.com.

  • Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed to result in a refund, as explained below.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments made for courses are non-refundable, except in cases where:

    • A duplicate payment was made due to technical error.

    • The course was canceled by us before commencement.

  • In these cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Transfers and Adjustments

  • Instead of refunds, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or another course (subject to availability and approval).

  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date.

5. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, if we need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a course:

  • You will be notified promptly.

  • You may choose to transfer to another course/batch or request a full refund.

6. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend live classes or access provided materials, you will not be eligible for refunds or fee adjustments.
